A food guide that speaks PCOS
Most PCOS food advice is a list of things you can’t eat. PCOS Scan looks at what’s actually in front of you and tells you how it fits, food by food, so you can keep the meal and change one thing.

PCOS Food Scanner
Snap a photo of your plate. PCOS Scan marks each food green, yellow or red, explains why and shows the meal's estimated blood-sugar curve.

Menu Scanner
Scan a restaurant menu and see every dish rated green, yellow or red for PCOS, best first, with a short reason for each one.

Food Label Scanner for PCOS
Scan the barcode on packaged food to see how it fits PCOS. Get a green, yellow or red rating, the reason and an estimated blood-sugar curve.

Blood Sugar Spike Checker
Every scan shows an estimated blood-sugar curve, so you can see which meals spike and which stay steady, then try a swap and compare.
PCOS Period Tracker for Irregular Cycles
Log your period, mood and weight in one simple calendar. Made for irregular PCOS cycles, with no guesses that assume a 28-day cycle.

Weekly PCOS Plan
A short list of weekly habits built around your goal, like scanning meals, walking after eating and strength training, with rings that fill as you go.
Three steps, a few seconds

- 02
See
Each food turns green, yellow or red right on the photo, with one short line on why. You also get a score and an estimated blood-sugar curve.
- 03
Swap
Get one or two easy changes that keep the meal you wanted, and see how the score and the curve change with them.

The menu has 40 dishes. Your friends are ordering. Now what?
- Calorie counters
- They tell you how much. They don’t tell you which dish is likely to spike your blood sugar.
- Strict food lists
- They say no to bread, rice and dessert. Real life has birthdays, work lunches and pasta night.
- PCOS Scan
- Rates every dish on the menu, best first, and gives you one line on why. Then you pick.
No magic. The same rules for every scan.
Every scan gets a score from 0 to 100 for one normal serving. It’s an estimate, built from what’s on the plate and how those foods tend to affect blood sugar.
Raises the score
- Protein
- Fiber and vegetables
- Beans, lentils and whole grains
- Olive oil, nuts and other unsaturated fats
- Carbs eaten with protein, fiber or fat
Lowers the score
- Refined carbs and added sugar
- Sweet drinks and alcohol
- Deep-fried food
- Carbs eaten on their own
- Lots of saturated fat or salt
What the colors mean
- Good fit70 to 100
- Okay in moderation40 to 69
- Best kept occasional0 to 39
No food is forbidden. Red just means it’s worth a closer look.
The curve shows how, not just how much
Two meals with the same carbs can feel very different two hours later. So every scan draws an estimated blood-sugar curve: how high it may go, and how fast.

Sugar or white bread on its own. Up fast, down fast.
Steady
A normal plate with carbs, protein and vegetables.
Slow
Carbs with a lot of fat, like pizza. Rises late and stays up.

Questions, answered
What does PCOS Scan do?
It helps you decide what to eat with PCOS. Scan a meal, a menu or a food label and see each food in green, yellow or red, with a short reason, an estimated blood-sugar curve and better swaps.
Is PCOS Scan a medical app?
No. PCOS Scan is a food guide, not a medical tool, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Scores and curves are estimates. Talk to your doctor about your health.
How is the score worked out?
The photo is read by an AI model that follows the same rules for every scan: protein, fiber, vegetables and whole grains raise the score, while refined carbs, added sugar, fried food and lots of saturated fat lower it. It judges one normal serving, and every number is an estimate.
How much does it cost?
PCOS Scan needs a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. You can pick a yearly, weekly or lifetime plan, and the App Store shows the current price before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up screen. You answer a few questions and start scanning.
What happens to my photos and logs?
Photos are sent to be analyzed and are not stored on our servers. Your scans, periods, check-ins and weight stay on your phone.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. PCOS Scan is for iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
