We make PCOS Scan, so keep that in mind. Everything about PCOS Pal here comes from its App Store page in November 2026.

The biggest difference: one grade or every food
PCOS Pal gives your whole plate one grade, from A to F. That’s quick and easy to read.
PCOS Scan colors each food on the photo green, yellow or red, with a short reason for each. So if your plate gets a so-so score, you can see which part to change. It also shows an estimated blood-sugar curve and suggests swaps.
Choose PCOS Pal if
- You want PCOS-friendly recipes to cook from.
- You like a community of people going through the same thing.
- A single grade per meal is all you need.
Choose PCOS Scan if
- You eat out often and want to scan restaurant menus.
- You buy packaged food and want to scan barcodes.
- You want to see which food on your plate is the problem, and what to swap.
- You want your meals, period and mood in one app.
Both apps are for education, not diagnosis or treatment. Whichever you pick, your doctor or dietitian is still the best guide for your PCOS.
